Where do you deliver baby rental equipment?
There is a $18 delivery/pick-up fee for all rental orders. We offer rental equipment service to Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, Minturn, Edwards, Eagle, Gypsum, Red Cliff, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Breckenridge, & Silverthorne.
What are the hours of delivery?
Deliveries are made between 10am and 4pm. We work closely with many of the resorts and concierge services in the Valley, so special arrangements can be made outside of our normal hours. Of course, we can always work with you and your arrival times. All pick-ups should be ready by 11:00am on day of departure, unless previous arrangements have been made. If you decide to extend your rental, you must notify Mountain Baby Rentals 24 hours prior to return date. All drop off and pick up times, are subject to vacation rental companies, hotel, condo and homeowners policies. Customers can request specific times for delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We take pride in our rental equipment condition
All of our rental equipment is new or new condition. We make sure our gear looks new and is cleaned thoroughly before you rent it. After renting all items are cleaned and stored in dust free bags until the next rental.
How do I submit my order and what is the payment process?
To make your reservation request, please compete the online shopping cart. Once your order is submitted online, we will personally contact you within 48 hours of your request with a confirmation. Your reservation is NOT CONFIRMED until we have your payment information on file and personally talk with you. We require a credit card number at time of reservation confirmation online or over the phone. Full payment is due at time of reservation. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
To ensure availability, it is suggested you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. Of course, we understand that sometimes plans can not be made until the last minute so we do our best to accommodate your needs. Orders placed within 48 hours should be called in to ensure we have your items in stock.
What's your cancellation policy?
Mountain Baby Rentals has a 48-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations made prior to 48 hours will be 100% refundable. We know things happen. Cancellations placed within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Once we deliver items we do not refund for early return of rental items. Understand when you agree to reserving equipment it is yours for the term of the contract. Any due refunds will be credited to the credit card/pay pal account on file.
Delivering to Hotels
Yes, all items with the exception of cribs can be left at the bell desk under your name or left in your room. It is important you notify the hotel of your rental with Mountain Baby Rentals. Items should either be returned to the Bellman Station to hold for Mountain Baby Rentals pickup, or left in the guest room with permission of the hotel to hold for Mountain Baby Rentals arrival. Cribs must not be moved by anyone other than Mountain Baby Rentals personnel. Hotel staff is NOT to disassemble or remove cribs from guest rooms. Renter is responsible for equipment until it is returned to Mountain Baby Rentals possession, so please notify your hotel not to move equipment.
Delivering to Condos & Vacation homes
Please let us know your check-in time and if there are any gate codes or hallway door codes to enter the building.
Delivering to Airports & Car Rental Companies
We offer Airport Drop Off & Pick up service at Car Rental Counters at Eagle Airport only. We do not off any service to DIA. Please provide us with your arrival/departure information and car rental information, if available, so we can best assist you with these arrangements. We must be provided your car rental reservation number. On delivery, Mountain Baby Rentals will text you with a delivery message and photo of the equipment at the car rental agency. Upon Departure do not leave equipment inside Rental Cars, equipment should be returned to the inside Rental Counter to hold for Mountain Baby Rentals pickup. It is best if you ask for the name of the Agency employee you leave the equipment with.
Insurance coverage for rentals
We do offer insurance in the event equipment is lost, damaged or excessively dirty. An additional $25.00-$100.00 may be authorized for insurance at the time of order confirmation to cover up to $100.00-$1,000.00 in damages or replacement. The remaining value of damages or replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the credit card on file unless a replacement credit card is otherwise specified and supplied immediately by the customer. If no insurance is retained at the time of confirmation and a repair is required, the equipment will be assessed and a repair value will be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise specified and supplied immediately by the customer. If no insurance is retained at the time of confirmation and replacement of the equipment is required, the retail value of the equipment will be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise specified and supplied immediately by the customer.
How do we clean & store rental equipment?
We take pride in the fact that every item is properly cleaned and sanitized. We use non-toxic cleaning products before delivery and after every rental. Sheets, mattress pads and Boppy covers are laundered after each use in all natural, scent free laundry soap. After cleaning items are stored in dust free bags until the next rental We love our gear, take great care and pride in delivering you pristine baby gear. So please love our stuff like it’s your own. If the words “eww,” “yuck,” “gross,” or “disgusting” or “uh-oh” are used by our delivery team when we pick up our gear, you can look forward to a cleaning charge of up to $50 for the extra cleaning it will take to get the gear rentable again.
Car seat installation
Sorry, due to liability reasons we do not install car seats. We will include installation instructions from the manufacture to assist you (upon request).

We would be happy to try to accommodate special requests if that item is available, but no guarantees. Please let us know in advance of any special items needed.
